James Collinson was after a full rebrand of his Manawatu based photography business. With the goal of reaching a new ideal client, the style of his photography was evolving to become more editorial, romantic and luxe. We wanted this new brand to reflect and embody that.
The name Lance was rooted in family history and his values as a photographer — integrity, storytelling, excellence and adventure. From there we played around with the concept of a crest or emblem and built out the rest of the brand look.
