Free 15min discovery call (if needed) or an email to check that we are a good fit and go over your website goals.
Lock in your project into the studio calendar after the 50% deposit is paid and the contract signed.
Set you up in your client portal with a streamlined process to make this website intensive as easy and simple as possible! You will fit out a questionnaire and add the content needed for your site.
If working with a copywriter, I will send through a sitemap for them to work with. If not, I will provide a framework with prompts to help you write copy for each web page.
A week before your starting date, we will have a Zoom call to go over your project details, the sitemap and make sure we’re on the same page with our plan.
Day 1 - Creative Direction & Prep: I will sort your template, set up your branding fonts, colours and images and organise your page layouts.
Day 2 - Homepage: I will design and develop the bulk of your homepage and build out sections that will make up the foundation of your site. You will receive an email that afternoon with this page design layout to provide feedback and any revisions.
Day 3-4 - Edits & Development: Make any changes that morning and then build out the rest of the website pages. Again, another email will go out in the afternoons to check the designs and make any edits necessary.
Day 5 - Finalise Site: I’ll make any final adjustments and then finish the site with mobile optimisation and basic SEO set up. The domain will be transferred over and a final recorded Zoom call scheduled that day to go over the backend of the site and how to use it.
03 / Design Day Intensive
The perfect solution to getting your design to-do’s ticked off in just one day. You’ll receive 1:1 attention by a professional designer on your most pressing marketing needs - great for smaller projects like social media graphics, branded stationery, e-book designs or even a mini brand refresh. Before I get into the design process, I will outline your brand vision, values, personality, audience and competitor analysis to get clear on your brand direction and goals. This ensures we have meaning and strategy behind every design decision.

Because of the in-depth questionnaire before the creative process begins, the brand design presented will usually be spot on.
If there are any adjustments or small tweaks you want made, this is where we have up to 2 rounds of refinement to make your brand fully polished and amazing!
